American Dream or Art World Scheme

Written on the DVD box of the movie “My Kid Could Paint That” is the question: “American dream or art world scheme?” The film never answers this question outright because, art is something that people interpret for themselves and give their own meaning and answer to. So, this little girl may have been just painting lines on a canvas, but people have their own way of looking at things, and so some art fanatics saw these works at masterpieces. For example, the man who interpreted the painting and found a meaning for all the chaos that was splattered on the page loved the artwork. The question of the little girl can be answered depending on how you look at her art. In my mind, although the little girl is adorable, as the title says, I think many four year old's in the world can do what she did.
